Today in Vancouver a man, who killed a boy in
a traffic accident, was murdered. - Probably by
the relatives of that boy. Execution wasn't on a
list of possible penalties of the judges, who are
usually protecting the guilty party in negligence.
Because it is beneficial to insurance company,
and gives a big dividend to the ICBC investors.
Usually, it is the offender, who gets the awards....
