The NRA is nothing more than a marketing arm of gun manufacturers.
The claim that they're advocating constitutional rights is a sham.
The NRA is perfectly willing to accept extensive background checks,
registration, and governmental oversight if it results in more sales of
small handguns.
Concealed Carry isn't by any stretch of the imagination a 2nd Amendment
issue; it's about selling paranoia, egotism, and more handguns.
