The above is the case for many other zip codes around USA.
This being the case, how does sybase expect new IT
professionals to learn PB. Just adding support for .net in
future versions is not going to encourage PB usage among IT
shops because many IT shops do not even recognize
PowerBuilder. It is hard to even find a training course that
teaches PowerBuilder and those that used to teach it 7-8 yrs
ago have removed it as it is not seen as a viable technology
that anybody would want to learn anew.
Without Active marketing no amount of adding feautures is
going to bolster product usage.
