HC stays arrest of Lotus temple trustees
New Delhi | August 18, 2006 9:39:31 PM IST

The Delhi High Court today stayed the arrest of the trustees and
management committee members of Delhi's Lotus temple, till September 25
on a complaint registered with the Delhi Police.

Justice A K Sikri directed the Economic Offence Wing(EOW) of the Delhi
Police not to arrest the trustees and management committee members of
the Lotus temple, founded by the Bahai faith, till the next date of
hearing.

Trial Judge Kamini Lau, on the complaint of some of the former
employees of the temple, had directed the Delhi Police to lodge a
complaint against the trustees and management committee members who
were allegedly involved in smuggling of classified defence documents,
hawala transactions and religious conversions.

The trustees and members, some of them from Iran, also procured about
80 Indian passports by submitting false address proof, Counsel S S
Tripathy and Sandeep Jain said.

KKKholi,

Why don't you take your head out your ass for a change, as Rod would
suggest, stop your lame attempt at deflecting from the main point, and
actually address the fact that your cult has been unmasked as the
worldwide criminal mafia that I have been saying it is. For example,
why would Counsellor Payam Shoghi need to be fleeing India for
Colombia if he was innocent and these "allegations" have no substance?

International Airport while fleeing from the country to Columbia on
August 16." Regarding the allegation that..."

Inside the walls of Panjgeni Baha'i School

Repost from former blog

Inside the walls of Panjgeni Baha'i School

The 'Panjgeni' Baha'i school, located in India, has long been a bastion
of Baha'i "education" and training for pre-primary, primary and high
school age Baha'i students. During the late '70s and early '80s scores
of Baha'i children from Iran were sent by their parents to Panjgeni. At

this time India did not require an entry visa and Iranian Baha'i
parents hoped to given their children much needed education. Due to
restrictions under the Islamic Republic, many Baha'i children were
banned from mainstream education in Iran. These parents spent huge
resources in sending tuition and boarding costs for their children in
India.

The parents felt safe that their children were being educated in a
Baha'i institution under the supervision of Baha'i faculty. In the
meantime the uhj and the NSA of India hotly advertised this school as a

living model for Baha'i education for the present and future
generations. The career of many Continental Board Counselors in Asia
was initiated at the Panjgeni school. Furthermore, over periods of time

And unlike the one from Nima-of-the-many-names-lies-and-fantasies this
one comes from a verifiable source. (Source of Nima's tale "a former
blog". Wow. In the reliability stakes that's right up there with his
other claimed sources in high places, CIA, FBI etc.)

Baha'i Academy enters training agreement with top Indian University

PANCHGANI, India, 17 August (BWNS)-- The Baha'i Academy has entered
into a formal agreement with one of India's top-ranked universities to
offer specialized training in education for moral development to its
students, faculty, and staff. The University of Pune signed an
agreement, called a memorandum of understanding with the Academy on 15
July 2006 that will formalize and expand an existing collaboration
between the two institutions regarding a program of "Education in
Universal Human Values" that was developed by the Academy.

Seems like my many "lies and fantasies" nailed it right about the
criminal organization masquerading as a religion you belong to.

Maybe he had a reservation? Is Payam Shoghi an Indian national, or not?
If not, maybe he has other places to go and things to do. Has a
chickenhead the sense that God gave the jackass? It seems not.

You lied about your family of origin, right here on usenet, for everyone
to see what a heartless, coldblooded liar you really are, all by
yourself - no possibility of disgruntled employees exaggerating the thing.

Subject: Pat K, A joke...

Your entire argument has already been refuted and exposed
Pont by bloody point-
http://groups.google.co.uk/groups?q=g:thl1743303796d&dq=&hl=en&lr=&ie...

You ignore all points of refutation....fail to respond to the
post...and
months later attempt to run the same line of crap AS IF it had not
already been debunked.

Bottom line confirmation of your backflip bullshit here-

Wipe your lying arse with your own words again Koli. You do not deny
what all recognised at the time...you simply claim that because I
chased her
for her false categorisation this somehow "changes" it...
