not that you will find this even in the slightest surprising. You may
remember how many transgendered "lived" on Salem avenue. One of my
favorite hobbies was to be at the Iroquois after last call. That is when
they would come in from the dive where that gay guy got shot, cannot
remember the name. Back Street Cafe. I think. And the shooters name
ironically was Gay
I used to interview them to get as much info as possible. Yeah. I
actually knew about this. The more interesting part is the story about
how they hook and pick up guys who still think they are women. Amazing.
I suspect the guys are high at that point. But still.
Oh and they get beat up real good when they cannot pull it off, so to speak
I just finished reading Renee Richards' "No Way Renee"
Renee Richards was really lucky to have a totally different experience
