Don Roberto, no entiendo el porque usa de referencia a El Territorio
Estadounidense de Guam. Segun el Libro de la CIA adonde de un repaso
rapido de totas la naciones y terriotrios mundiales esto es algo de lo
que dice referente a
Guam....Como pude ver las leyes rigentes SON LAS
LEYES FEDERALES Y LOS QUE DECIDEN COMO SE INTERPRETAN SON JUEZES
FEDERALS ASSIGNADOS POR EL PRESIDENTE DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS.
