  Labour and the end of the feminocracy...

A deadline looms... I remember RD Muldoon in 1984, [a procipitous
year in itself] call an election for the 14th of July. Silly bastard
wouldn't have realised that is was Bastille Day.

And now we have the sequel, Waterloo. Has Labour been able to reinvent
itself over its record number of terms...? It seems not. My antennae
are seeing a return to Langeism. A kind of apology for the reforms
forced on Labour in 1984.

And I do see a country becoming gummed up with too much pressure and
too much intervention and the inevitable guess-work that goes with
that.

Its been good to have women in charge. I hope that in future we will
always have a really good collaboration between men and women, young
and old, in power, and in all the highways and by-ways of life.

In the 80's we had Arthur Allan Thomas. Today we have Louise
Nicholas... a victim of crime...
A story of tremendous courage, guts and determination. made possible
by the feminocracy.

But look at all the old hands... Pete Dunne, Win. Peters... And Labour
are really no different...
