Ziauddin Sardar
Published 19 June 2008
"In Islam, creating social discord or disorder, breach of peace,
rioting, bloodshed, pillage or plunder and killing of innocent persons
anywhere in the world are all considered most inhuman crimes."
The beginning of the end of the war of terror has started. Mullahs in
India have issued a fatwa unequivocally denouncing terrorism. So far,
the international media have failed to notice, which is not
surprising: the levers for changing Muslim minds have been a mystery
to governments and media alike. The mullahs I speak of are not just
any old mullahs: they are Deobandi mullahs.

Civil rights group: Israel has reached new heights of racism
By Yuval Yoaz and Jack Khoury, Haaretz Correspondents
Tags: Association for Civil Rights
Racism against Israel's Arab citizens has dramatically increased in
the past year, including a 26 percent rise in anti-Arab incidents,
according to the Association for Civil Rights in Israel's annual
report.
Author Sami Michael, the association's president, said upon the
release of the report that racism was so rife it was damaging civil
liberty in Israel.
"Israeli society is reaching new heights of racism that damages
freedom of e xpression and privacy," Michael said. The publication
coincides with Human Rights Week, which begins Sunday.
"We are a society under supervision under a democratic regime whose
institutions are being undermined and which confers a different status
to residents in the center of the country and in the periphery,"
Michael said.
The number of Jews expressing feelings of hatred toward Arabs has
doubled, the report stated.

Jesus Christ wants to come into your life. Only He can be your true
satisfaction. The Bible says that "God so loved this world (all of us) HE
gave His only Son (Jesus) that whoever believes in Him should not perish but
have eternal life." To believe in Jesus is to believe that He is The Son of
God and to give yourself to Him completely. Read the Bible and pray daily.
This is the only way to overcome evil. Remember there is a Heaven to gain
and A REAL HELL TO AVOID. WE WILL LIVE SOMEWHERE FOREVER. ONLY THE
PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS CAN CLEANSE AWAY SIN. May The Grace of our Lord
Jesus Christ, The Love of God and The Fellowship of The Holy Spirit be with
you.

Statements Mistakenly Attributed to Ellen G. White
Updated from Comprehensive Index to the Writings of Ellen G. White, vol. 3,
pp. 3189-3192
The statements of well-known persons are often distorted, and frequently
statements made by others are attributed to them. Almost from the beginning
of the work of Ellen G. White, there have been statements incorrectly
attributed to her, or materials deliberately or inadvertently garbled. One
such case is described in Testimonies to Ministers, page 57. We can
recognize as genuine only such Ellen G. White materials as can be traced to
published or unpublished sources known to be authentic.
Listed here are items concerning which inquiries most frequently reach the
Ellen G. White Estate. They are grouped according to the five most common
types.
1. Testimonies Dependent Entirely Upon Memory
The memory of even godly people may not be entirely reliable, hence
background information for certain statements attributed to Ellen G. White
may prove helpful:
