I have an uneventful and successful operation on my leg in the public
hospital.
However, the ward's aftercare medical staffs NEGLECTED to notice the
constant small amount of bloody discharge from my leg's wound and the
unusual change of clinical presentaion, eventually, 3 days after the
operation, the low hemoglobin level from this blood loss led to my
acute hearth attack and kidney failure. I fortunately pulled through
these catastrophic ordeal from the hospital's negligence.
The suffering I have:
Tracheal intubation, multiple catheterisations, water-log in my lungs,
several dialysis for my acute kidney failure, pain and lying on bed
for more than 2 months. Although, my heart seems to pump as usual and
kidneys work normally, my voice hoarses as a result of the intubation,
and to rebuild my life after this terrible ordeal.
What will you do if you endured the same suffering I have?
How much financial compensation you will claim?
