Apparently RAK has no clue about Asia. In many Asian countries, if
you only speak English, you usually will pay more. And he will get
less job opportunies in HK because he can not speak a word of
Mandarin. If he works for American companies, those companies will
not send him to Asia because many Chinese American are bilingual.
