The filming of sex act is illegal as this is better known as illicit

been approved by police to view as these acts on films are legal based
on the reason that they have the proper licenses of the police to film
these acts before added them into films as sexual content films,
that's all.........

N/B: Whatever anyone took picture of someone whom are squatting or
sitting at toilet bowl or doing some forms of acts are considered as
illegal exposure when these shots are processed and printed by photo
printing shops.
