The service standard is so lousy like local NTUC supermarket.
When you return rotten food, they will NOT refund you or replace you
with good one.
It was quite obvious the steak was not not cooked properly from the
begining as even the waitress could see the FAT was still white in
colour, uncooked, but the chef just could not see it!! Hog Breath
Cafe must have hired a cheap part-timer cook to prepare your steak.
