In the chart, the line of year represents previous year of economic
growth. For example, line 2008 shows Taiwan's economic growth in 2007
about 5%%. And line 2002 shows Taiwan's economic growth in 2001 about
-2%%, a negative growth for first time in 50 years. Chen Shui-bian was
in power in 2001.
Below link is an article for Taiwan's economic growth (-1.91%%) in
2001. Now say "Thank you" to your Confucius, abianchen. Haha! Or if
you want to twist, do it, I love to see you twist things. Haha!
