One of the example of such license for one of the product is Angel
Blue and the certificate number is YM02257256 (M18 rating) and the
serial number that is under the license to operate as well as own the
product is MDA-PD/0802/I000565L. These DVD are aleady could be viewed
by local law and due to these DVD that is stated on the list
(inclusive of this Angel Blue) critised too much as this could caused
the public to stir trouble. This could be one of the reason why these
items are not sold and you have to buy yourself online at www.amazon.com
etc. Soem of these content are also not uitable for children to view
so they did not take out to sell or even publicised/announced these
DVD. These are actually some of the reason behind this whole issue,
that's all......is still viewable if you believe your life to buy and
view.
