Apple's Chinese Factor -- Made in China & Quick to Break: The I-Phone
-- Micky's comment: I have my own Apple story. When Apple's iMac with 20
inch display first appered around Christmas 2003, I was excited and
ordered one via Apple's Web site. When the computer arrived, it says
"Made in China", After less than two years, the display of the Apple
iMac went blank. I sent it to an Apple dealer's workshop for repair, was
told the video card is fried. I asked to have just the harddisk back,
and left the rest of the iMac for scrap parts for the dealer. My first
Apple is the Apple G4 Cube which I bought via the web in 2001, it lasted
through all the attackes from Chinese net army and still stands! It was
made in the US. --
