Did you guys see that? African nations uniformly and *unerringly*
score 2, 3, 4 even 5 standard deviations below the Korean norm!!!

(I compare Korea to Africa for a simple reason - Korea's GDP per
capita was US $60 in 1960, right down there neck 'n' neck with African
nations. Today, it is the 10th largest economy of the world -- and one
of the highest IQ-scoring nations of the world

Hey RAK, maybe you want to look into the Malays in Malaysia who are
the poster children for the arguments for IQ. Despite decades of
social engineering in favor of the Malays, they still stuck in
mediocrity while the ethnic Chinese that they oppressed succeeded
despite the odds.
