What this article didn't mention was that most individuals and companies
mentioned were already current government contractors as of
Katrina-2005, and their emergency services where simply obtained under
contract revisions/extensions, which, in an emergency, is the most
viable course of action. Contracting for emergency services is not the
same as contracting for routine janitorial services..
Haliburton/Kellog/Burns/Roe/etc., for example, has been a continuous
government contractor for at least the duration of four presidential
terms. In other words, they did the same things for Slick Willie
Clinton. Did you learn something new, baldvulture?
