...reasons. When we moved to CT, we got the same strange looks when asking for "square cheese". Cheddar is still my overall favorite, but a sharp provolone is hard to beat. I'm going pack to Italy in a couple of months and will be in Parma for a day or two. You can be sure I'll be bringing some cheese back....
