VP's team need times to sapina, Yong Chalengsy, Lengsvan, LPDR, and
many of our Hmoob Chao Fa to come over and testify during the trial.
The Hmong people in US may have to fundraise money to cover Mr.
Chalengsy, and the rest of the LPDR team to come to America to testify
during the hearing. VP defense Lawyers needs times to notify the LPDR
in express certify mail or have th US Ambassy in Vientiane Deliver the
sapina for the LPDR in person. or with a proof of receipt.
The good thing is that, Hmong do not need the court to translate from
Laos to Hmong because we, Hmong people, speak and understand Laos
well. Make sure, Dr. Yang Dao does not end up being the impretor or
translater because he will sure side with the LPDR. It won't be a fair
trial.
All the defense team have to do during the trial is to 1. insert the
Fact Finding CD into a CD players, 2. give all the namese of our Hmong
Leaders that were murdered by the LPDR, like Toubee Lyfong, Ly Tev,
Etc. 3. ask the jury to make a decisions. I predict that the jury will
not find VP's team guilty if the above three points were present to
the jury.
