This would apply only if you want to come to the US as an immigrant
and not as a refugee. As an immigrant, your US relatives would have
to sponsor you and prove that they can be financially liable for you
while you're here. Otherwise, you would have to have some awesome
skills that guarantees that you can make it on your own and contribute
big time to UNCLE SAM.
