I hope to see Lao PM,HE Bousone Bouphavan, to build Lao Quantanamo
near Vietnam border where we can jail
these American terrorists and feed them with dog meat. Later, firing
squad....would be JUSTIFIABLE for this type
of crime...Get them before they get us.

I feel sorry for LPDR that busy build up the country, but will have
handfull
of Hmong problem to solved, same as double work with no pay.
What's wrong with Hmong lately? Hmong terrors, Hmong Chirstiane,
Hmong refugee, Hmong doesn't want to come home, Hmong doesn't
want to come out of jungle, Hmong missing, Hmong trashing SCL etc....
what can we do to make Hmong happy and live side by side with other
Lao.

Saidee Dr. Souk I know only few bad Hmong causing trouble
but if you lay your hand on those few bad Hmong, every Hmong
will jump on you, include the good the bad and the ugly.
