represented many writing system, spoken dialects...

For there has not been a Hmong standard, my interpretation and
teaching of the Las Tees, RPA or Hmoob Ntawv Thoob Ntuj has always
been these:

1. Tsiaj Ntawv (livestock of the writing system) = alphabets
2. Tsiaj Ntawv Txiv = consonants: muaj cov tab (singular/odd) 1; cov
txooj (plural/even) 2, 3, & 4 tug
3. Tsiaj Ntawv Niam = vowels; muaj cov tab & txooj
4. Tsiaj Ntawv Cim = tone markers
