We have received permission from the father of the six children to
come together in discussing about erecting a grave site mark. For
those of us that can make it our first meeting has been confirmed for
Wednesday, September 24th from 5:30 - 6:30 pm at Lao Family Community
Center of Saint Paul (320 West University Avenue) in the board room up
stair.

Tentative agenda:

1. Welcome and introduction
2. Goal and purpose?
3. Discussion on either formally creating a name for the group to
refer to or not and do we need to assign roles/responsibilities to our
attending members or not?
4. What type and design of mark we need to erect?
5. How much fund needed to be sought?
6. Establishing a trust fund account or not?
7. Other contributors: i.e. monument company that contributed the
vaults toward the burial, etc.
8. Time line to complete this task?
9. Others: _____________________________________________________
10. Adjourn!
