Dear bro. Z.,

(Note: This message need no reply)

Long time no see, today, taking a quick glance at SCH and WOW!! it's as
ugly as usual. Here is some UNDISPUTABLE points to be observed when you
deal with Hmong people:

1- It is undisputably but laughable when Hmong men claim themselve to
be Hmong as Freemen or descendents of TswbChoj or descendents of
SinhXay(hinduism??) and worse of all Hmong as descendents of Jewish
(lost sons of Juda??)etc..The minute you raise your voice, they'll
curse to be a rov taw tuam ntuj, a tuag aws, a NceHleb NceNtxa, a
TsovTom, a NyabLaj or a COMMUNIST!!! You're condamned for life. All
those names have same meaning. It just means you are a PERSONA NON
GRATA to Hmong SOCIETY.

Un Yar XernYimp,

Let those who don't see the light stay in the dark.

If they truely care for Hmongs, and truely wants to see Hmongs live in
Laos as equal to other kon Lao, then they should unite Hmongs and Lao
together. Every action should be towards unity. Encourage others
towards unity.

The ones who keep talking as if they are Hmongs and not Lao are already
in their minds "not kon Lao". Which is fine with me if that's what
they want.

I grew up thinking that Hmongs are Lao, an ethnic Lao, just like Lao
Lum and other ethnic Laos. I never for once in my life thought that
Hmongs weren't kon Lao.

If these nay sayers want Hmongs to be treated equal with other Lao
ethnics, why are they encouraging division? Why are they not
encouraging unity?

Hi Bro TY:

Thanks a lot for sharing your deep thoughts on what has been going over
and over on SCH. A veteran of SCH wrote me lately that many good
people have left this forum, and curiously I am still here to receive
all kinds of labels and subjected to sort of humiliations that only our
fellow Hmong can think of.

Never mind-Bo Pen Gnang in Lao language or Tsis Muaj Npas Ham, an
expression some Hmong military commanders used to get rid of irritable
problems back in the Long Cheng era.

Hi Tao Khai Meut

I agree with you. We should unite as a single people and work towards a
better future for all laos regardless of ethnic backgrounds. I believe
that we, all ethnic, should respect one another and treat one another
as equal. We should think ourselves as lao, nothing else. I grew up
among the ethnic lao people and I always see myself as a lao.
Unfortunatly, many lao see the hmong as Hmong, not lao. This is based
on my experience with many lao. I hope that in future ethnic lao's
attitude towards the hmong will change and see the Hmong as real lao
like themselves and treat the Hmong as such.

Dear Sys

I don't want to get involved in this, but I don't understand what you
are getting at? If I understand you clearly, you are saying that all
the young Hmong intellectuals and scholars in the West are planning to
establish a Hmong state in Laos. Could you provide any concrete
evidence to back up your allegation.

I second Chaolees as well.
Sys... you have to be more SPECIFIC when you talked about your "new
generation of intellectuals, who have a firm conviction..". as your
generalisation can be taken in the wrong way... WHO do you refer to?
