Well, I saw this post over in SHRD and I would like to share it here
for some info......and some of your point of view
too........................
*****************************
Are the Hmong deserved to have a highly recognized internationally
Leader of their own?
What have the Hmong done about prepare it new leadership in the near
future?
If they should have new leader and what would be he/her
Qualifications? What about Responsibility? and what kind of level of
influence? Any check and balance?
What is your definition of a Hmong Leader?
Who would you think would be the next Hmong Leader of all Hmong in the
world?
Here is a tip I don't have any statistic to back this claim. This is
just pure of my opinion "I believe the majority of Hmong people around
the world believe our next Hmong leader of all Hmong in the world
would he or she will be a Hmong" by Txiv

The possibility for a "new" leader after VP will be next to none
existent. Hmong are to clanish and if Hmong are to move
forward....Hmong MUST ELIMINATE this disease first!

I understand Hmong-Lao point and I’m agree with him in regard to the
creation of a Hmong International Cultural Center to organize and
united Hmong around the world and have a counsel where Hmong people
can reliant upon for secure of wellbeing and support. I think, if
Hmong able to come together and create such foundation with a clear
vision to begin of a new path for all Hmong people around the world to
come together for a common purpose as being one. Which I believe such
action was over due for a long time due to the lack of vision and
responsibility from our currently local, regional and international
leader. The future of the Hmong people will be much better than what
it will be if we continue to reliant on other non-people to make
decided for us.
As for the original question. I don't think any one will disagree
about the need to have a Hmong leader that highly recognized
internationally. Who have a clear vision for the future of the Hmong
people?
I believe a true leader is someone who has a clear vision, the passion
and commitment to bring people together and the ability to lead it
follower as a group toward it vision.

nkaujstpaul,
koj mas....ua li cas tau zoo nyob tsi nyob twjyawm....tseem ua rau
tswv8 muab peb xyua teg sabtag li no thiab....
as for me, i cannot see that it will ever happen because within such
group as SCH...these are the people who is well-round in the community
and we cannot even agree to one thing. what can we do when it comes
into reality? not to mention others, take me as an example, even with
this big heart of me....LOL! we're still bias and greed,
again...something that is no returned favor to us, if the next time
that he/she does something, we would just smile and stand on the side
line to watch him/her with our hands into our pockets. we are not a
group of people who can forgive and forge
--without a religion
doctrine to overide hmong people--it would be hard to do it.
