If you guys want to know the top LPDR's drug dealers then feel free to
join my team. I'm in the process of bringing them down one by one. I
can guide you through every bunker where they processing drugs. From
the bigest bunker in northern Louang Prabang to the south. And from
the under tunnal from the south all the way to Vietnam. Those
retailers in the U.S and Canada I can pin point one by one to you.
All these people are using a money collection card and can pull out
money any where they need. The Lao Embassy is behind these kids. If my
friend Larry is from Sacramento then may be he is one of them. Ha ha..
You guys talked about Chang Xiong... There is a Xoing military leader
from Laos that had been used by the LPDR. He is still in jail in
Thailand. He told me alll the dirty stories of LPDR drug dealers. A
Hmong Thai attorney is now handled this case. He wanted me to bail him
out and he would like to go back to teach every lesson he has to the
top LPDR drug dealers who tricked him. But I'm sorry... his wife was
re-married. He can do a good job if you can release him. He he he...
