DJK,
You know what, this battle Lao soldiers killed lots of Thai army
soldiers when the battle first started. Then, Thai general came
and asked for Hmong in the refugee camp at Ban Vinai for help. Only
little over Hmongs led Thai army to victory and burned all the commie
soldiers to hell in those mountains without losing any of our hmong
brothers. Up until today, my neighbor who was leading the Thai army
for that battle still talked excitingly about this Battle. Too bad,
this guy is in this side of the ocean.
Thai forgot all that!

This is your part of the story but in reality, as of today, a lot of
children of those Hmong who got killed for fighting for free of charge
for the Thai in Romkrao, have been sent back home from Houay Namkhao
as illegal migrant or are to be sent back soon.
The exact number of Hmong who perished is horrible to be announced
just because I do not want to reopen this wound. This a horrible
lesson learned not to allow oneself to be used by others.
I nevetheless recalled that one whole batallion of Hmong Phathin was
washed out on the first day of the fighting... You may check with your
neighbour on this fact, OK???

From what I remember, those who claimed to have helped the Thai during
that conflict have already been granted Thai citizenship, and are
those who initially give a hand to these human trackfick victims at
Houay Namkhao . However, they were threatened to be put in jail if
they give these victims a shelter. So they now stay away from the
Houay Namkhao problems. There may be some who sneaks into the camp in
hope to migrate to the US, but I don't think they would volunteer to
return Laos since they are better off being in Thailand then in Laos.
(Per news report, thousands of Lao people illegally migrate to
Thailand for better jobs)

I was the one who met with both sides on this subject matter. The guy
who lead the LPDR soldiers to attack Ruam Krao is also a young Hmong
guy. I happened to meet him in person. He has been promoted big time
among your chicken leaders.
But did you know why LPDR must lost the war in Ruam Krao to the Thai?
Ruam Krao was 100%% plus percent Lao territory. Why LPDR
surrendered? Too bad... you didn't know the truth. I was one of the
fighter at that time. I was the one who killed your Col. Khamy in his
bunker in Sayaboury. I had all the pictures and full stories of that
incident. I can post it in here if you want to see the proof.
