Bill Cosby once said "The past is a ghost, the future a dream, and all
we have is now."

Regretting the past will not do you any good and I wouldn't help
anyone including youself to move your life forward into the future.
Don't lives in a life of what could have been instead live in a life
that I can be done. Don't just think about youself and regart but also
think about other you love like your children and you do whatever you
can to make sure they don't end up regret their past like you do. One
may not able to fullfill one dream but that doesn't stop one from help
other fullfill their dream.
