dkj,

North Korea has no economic, no science, and no technology except the
Nuclear technology. Maybe LPDR needs North Korea to help them for the
NUKE. That's good idea to set up a NUKE technology in Laos to prevent
the invasion of the ill element.

" The agreement on setting up a joint committee for cooperation in
economy, trade, science and technology was signed between the
governments of the Lao PDR and the DPRK at the Mansudae Assembly Hall
on Saturday in the presence of two premiers and both sides’
delegations".

North Korea is a country which many thousand citizens are starved to
dead.
