Thank you, Mr. DKJ. Good job!
It's time for the Lao and Hmong overseas to show their compassion. Let's
collect enough money to build them a small hydroelectric plant right
there at that beautiful Nam Lak river or to build high voltage
transmission lines to transport electricity from somewhere nearby,
whichever way is cheaper. Your good deeds will be forever appreciated.

DJK,
Thanks,
If LPDR opens it own door for these folks from the bottom of their
hearts, some of us will be willing to sponsor the teacher salaries,
tons of English text books, and hundred of used computers for them to
use. We will make this a model vilage for Laos. However, third party
organization must be allow to monitor their well being and their basic
human right abuses before anything can happen.

Hi DKJ:
Interesting development for the Hmong-Lao returnees from Thailand.
Only time will tell if this resettlment village will be successful as
the village of KM52 has been over the years.
Let's organize a Hmong new year at Pha Lak and invite all the people
of surrounding villages to join in, as well as Lao and Hmong from
overseas.
I will visit this new Hmong village as soon as I come back to Laos,
with some skeptical folks who still doubt about the goowill of the Lao
PDR.
