It is very very easy.
First you need to ask PBL this question. PBL has his loognongs
following ai Yong 24/7 and they arewaiting for his phone call 24/7
because with one phone call, he can have Vientiane bombed again.
Since ai Yong will be reassgined to a post in Geneva, PBL should be
able to loan you a few of his agents previously assigned to follow ai
Yong 24/7.
Second you can ask fakuam the Hmong Rambo wannabe to once again
secrety cross into Laos on a covertmisssion to track down andrescue
those Hmongs in question.
Third you can ask Pao to fund a project to track down all of the 500
Hmongs in question and buy each and everyone of them a spoon. A
silver spoon so each one of them can dine instyle.
Forth, don't bother askingtseemyeej for the whereabouts of these
people, but you might want to challenge him toa bet of $2000 that PBL
wont lend you his agents because never had any, faukuam can't find his
way home from the unemployment office and Pao wont be able to organize
a fundraiser in ten yearstime.
