May I suggest you get a better camera with a faster shutter speed so
the pictures will be more professional and crisp. Also, the Lao PDR
govt need some true "professional" photographers to show off these
kind of photos. I doubt such is available with the state own media
sector.
I am a freelance and willing to offer my services if you can get Mr.
Yong Chantalansy to sit down with me to establish some ground works.

your service, if it's not for free.
BTW why not you to share with us some of your true "professional
photographer's pictures, that we can see.
i was schooling for 7yrs of photography and working since 1988 at
national TV station and would like to see some of your art that i can
learn
of.
my great respect to ai DKJ job and his great heart to share with us,
now it's time you to show us.
