Xto and friends,
I also have no doubt that one resettled back among their community and
their clan, those people will catch the train and be able to help
themselve. But at the beginning, we need to help them to make sure
that there will be a happy ending.
Yes they are let alone and there is no reason why they are not free
like any other common Lao citizen. You may click here to hear the
statement by Ms. Pa Yia Thor, who was rapatriated earlier on 20 March
2008 among the group of 7 peoples we handed over to Xieng Khouang
authorities. This time he was among those parents who are welcoming
the new comers and among them her own brother who is in Blue jean
jacket:

You can listen to her statement here.

The fact that she is among the group of parents to welcome the new
comers shows that she is totally free and is in the process of
applying for a passport to visit her two other brothers who are still
in Houay Namkhao.
