Casalao,
I knew that you will jump in with the view of this Magnificient
factory to produce "Good Boys"... As you may see, Mazenod is still
impressive although it needs some painting. But most important, it
still function as a school to produce the elite of Borikhamsay
province.
I should confess that it made me feel strange when I stepped in this
impressive "Temple of Knowledge" as somebody who is trying to do
modestly something good for Humanity. In this particular case, 837
lifes is involved and if the venture is successful, all those lifes
will play a significant role in Lao economy, stability, tranquility
and peace.
Imagine that all those kids will remember forever this school like you
and me, once their life will be renormalised and they are fully
reintegrated in the mainstream of Lao Multi-ethnic society.
In few days, they will be sent back to their home village in
Borikhamxay, Vientiane capital, Vientiane province, Xiengkhouang,
Louang Prabang, Oudomexay, Sayaboury and Luang Namtha.
Good luck to them.
Sok di ...

This remind me the bad commu tactic when they first brought the Lao
prince and Hmong leader Phaya Toubee Lyfoung to Viengxay. At first,
they provided a big basi kinliang maholane. Then took off their hats
and finally exit the back door to the xoun sammana so called 4 by 6.
These people clapped their hands with sorrow.

Now LPDR do very good for the Hmong, what you really want from them?
You do not just try to do very good to make the Hmong trust LPDR and
hate the resistances group, why? You not just want to trick the
international that Lao is very good so they will no listen to the
resistance organization, why?
When you get all you want, would you not just chop them like meat
chopper, why? Will you not chase them like you chase the christian in
Bokeo last years, why? Can LPDR be honor and really care for them in
the hearth or in the mouth?
