I think the Lao Government is sincere in its efforts to unite the Lao
people of all ethnics into a cohesion that will put Laos into a new
chapter in the history book. The Lao Government has offered the olive
branch. The lost sheeps only need to reach out and grab it instead of
(hoo bao fung sart eun). The lost sheeps just need to stop listening
to the foreigners who make promises and then stab them in the back.
