Welcome home my friends. Let's live together in peace and harmony.
Put your kids in school and make more babies in peace. Raise your
kids to love Laos and work towards a better Laos. Laos is your
country, you accept it and it accepts you.

Your friend,
Larry

It is good to see more Hmong returning home, if there are willing.
There is no where else better than home! But the mere fact of being
human, when their free spirit has been tampered, even heaven will not
be able to retain them there. Let's hope that those returnees will
find a new life back home, and they are treated just like any other
Lao citizen and their resettlement is being handled properly with a
culturally appropriate rehabilitation program, carried out in full
transparency so they can be re-integrated back to the Lao society.
This is all what every one (me inclusive) wanted to see.

Hence, it is a welcome news to hear that there are positive sign from
Vientiane that Dr Thongloun Sisoulith (Lao FM) was reported to have
agreed to welcome the UN representatives to see the Hmong returnees in
Laos, as Mr Noppadon Pattama (Thai FM) was reported to have said.

But one cannot always believe what is reported, so I like ask DKJ or
Thanouxay or Ai Yong Chanthalangsy, the Official LPDR Spokesman, to
confirm (and clarify if it is true) Dr Thongloun Sisoulith
statement.

Thanks,

Pao

That is a good news. It is a win win for the Hmong who make a right
decision.

In life, there’s always a lesson to be learned to improve the odd of
living a little bit better…And here is one that I hope sincerely for
our phinong Hmong who have wasted enough of their valuable time for
all these hopeless expectations misled by all these mean-spirited
fantasies from all these irresponsible false Hmong leadership oversea…
At the end, there’s such huge mortal difference between those who
continue to suffer from the real living hell as the consequence
created by them especially from States. Enough harm has been done!.

It’s about time for these brave people to go back to where they once
belong for replouging their own destiny one inch at the time, as we
all know, which is not always easy and cool, but life doesn’t always
mean easy and cool including the one in US where you’re prisoner of
another dimension with total breakdown of language barrier, point
blank discrimination from your strange neighbors, and locked up in
another jungle of concrete walls with psychological vulnerability
etc...

Vannassay and friends,
Vannassay, well said. Yes in deed, life even in Laos is not easy and
one cannot take for granted that everything will be smooth and easy.
Yes there are always lesson learned and we can alway do it better. I
will soon bring to you the most updated pictures from Phalack, Muang
Kasy, Vientiane province where there is a new economic village built
to host Phinong Hmong rapatriated from Thailand and those who joined
the Government Poverty eradication programme.

The village has over one hundred houses including one brand-new
school, irrgation system and water supply (Nam Lin).

I will put all the updated pictures to show you how life has been
improved and how the villagers are helping each other to live better.

While for the newly rapatriated among the 56 from Thailand, you will
will able to see their picture when they return back to their home
village.

Sok dee

Thanouxay and DKJ,

First of all I'd like to congratulated the two of you for your
steadfast dedication to the Fatherland and Party. It appeared that the
Lao Government are wasting too much time and resources on a group of
traitors from one particular Lao Ethnic Minority. This kind of
prioritizing things is risking the alienation of the Entire Lao
population. The loyalty of the Lao People to the Party and the Lao
State is absolute and unquestionable.

It make no sense to us in rewarding those ungrateful and traitors
who's ultimate goal is to see the destruction of our glorious People's
Democratic Republic and tarnished the sacrifices made by countless
generation of Lao Patriots of all Ethnic Minority. Meanwhile, the
ever loyal Lao citizens of the Lao PDR and the Party continued to be
ignore by certain Lao Government.
