Laos, Bosnia War Crimes Trials: LPDR Condemned by Hmong National
Development, Inc. (HND)
On behalf of the many voiceless Hmong people persecuted and killed in
Laos, Hmong National Development, Inc. (HND) from its offices in
Washington, D.C., urged the international community to work to also
bring to justice key Lao military and communist party officials, who
like Radavon Karadzic, are directly responsible for the recent
atrocities, massacres and deaths of thousands of innocent Hmong and
Laotian civilians in Laos. Hmong National Development, Inc. (HND)
praised the international tribunal and court in The Hague,
Netherlands, for helping to bring Radavon Karadzic to justice.
