Is this a JOKE??!! A country in which 80%% of its GNP is sudsidized by
the international community wanted to HOST the ASEAN Game? Don't
misunderstand me, there's nothing wrong for a poor country like LAOS to
host a game of this magnitude. What I don't really understand is that
if you're going to play the HOST, shouldn;t you have the adequate
infrastructures for your GUESTS>? Somehow, in this case...LAOS is
playing the HOST country, but in order for the GUESTS to play...they
MUST HELP fund the facilities?! It quite hilarious if not EMBARRASSING
that, after 30 years of "CORRECT" leadership [as our Professor HL often
alluded]... the LPDR can't even produce the necessary ENGINUITY human
resources to upgrade its sport facilities. It's quite a SAD reality!

If i were the citizens of Laos...I'd protest, put my life on the line
to HALT this embarrasing irresponsibility of my government! Then
again..MOST loatian are too drunk to stand up against thier own
"DINOSAURS" dictators!!!

I personally coined the term "BUFFA-LAO" for a reason!
