Zhen, you could be right on the issue but not the whole issue. Most
of the pastor are working as self-employ and they are paying their
taxes to the government. I am not a pastor, however, I was treasurer
for numerous year and I know for fact that every year he has to file
for income tax otherwise he will be prosecuted like everyone else.
Txivneeb could very well fall into the same catgory with no exemption
