I think this maybe true because I keep posting many news about that country
and this country invested in Laos. What am I smoking ? why was I so blind
and dumb and not seeing how people in other countries viewed my country?
Last time, I heard the Japanese's complaint, now again the Thai's complaint.
I must be drunk wasn't I?

It's good to start listening and finally HEAR what others are saying.
Now it's time for the leadership to take those criticism and try to
change. Right now Laos recieves 80%% of it's budget in foreign aid.
How about a grand idea. In 20 years the Lao government will reach
100%% free from foerign aid. To reach that goal everyone will have to
go find work, the 20%% of corruption will have to stop immediately,
throw those involved in prison even if they are LPDR members, the
government will have to allow big corporations to come and build
factories, the government will educated it's working class population
on light assembly, all of the minerals and raw materials cannot be
bribe for anymore. New ideas are allowed, the LPDR free all political
prisoners, and allow people to form different parties...
