In 40 years, MOST if NOT ALL the facilities will be JUNKS!!! I don't
need to say any more, it's clearly who's the BIG LOSER in this business
deal My question is...after 30+ years has gone by, where are LAOS's
engineers? Laos claimed to have 25,000+ students graduated from
"university" each year? One would asummed at least a minimal of 100
students would be COMPETENT professionals in the field of engineering
or similiar field? It's really SAD!!!
A society can NOT and WILL NOT progress under a DICTATORSHIP
regime...certainly LAOS will NOT be an "INDUSTRIAL BASED" society by
2020!! Progress can ONLY happens when the government willing to INVEST
in its people.
Enough said!!!!

Jim,
at least there is a big brother who steps in and helps, and it is the
mark of a new beginning for the Chinese empire moving its
industrialization across Asia.
It does not matter who puts up the facilities, as long as there is a
place to host the game. we all (Lao Citizens and outside Lao/Hmong) are
moving forward a step closer to reality that we can work together and
live together among each other in this new age and new era.

it's sweet to know that hmong and lao are getting along...but that
doesn't address the issue of an "INDUSTRIAL BASED" society Laos
government has projected. I guess when a society has been STEPPED on
for so long, it's best to stay in that course?

Jim,
when its citizens see skyrocketing building, their minds will flow with
the new era of wisdom and knowledge. all it takes for change is the
mind of the people and their surrounding.

Dear Born 2beHmong,
You need to ask detail information from Chue Fwm Xiong how his
investment in Laos before he created the HIHRW. I'm pretty sure that
you can not work together and live together among the corruption regime
unless democracy is replaced and the constitution is really comply.
Meanwhile, no matter how clean you are, if the authority want you, drug
will be the main key to place you for the 1X2 metter hole position.

Dejtshiab,
you cannot compare ChueFwm Xiong to the Chinese people, because China
is the #1 dominates in that region, no one would try to play dirty work
with them. therefore, our talks here are far difference a part.

Sunrise,
I'm not sure what you're trying to insinuate here. However, the nice
thing about living in america is that people are giving the freedom to
"CRITIQUE" thier government. If you are "WARNING" me that special
agent SAYSITH of the LPD is watching my every move. I don;t see why he
would have soemthing agianst me personally?

Sunrise,
I believe that we are men of honor and integrity, we should speak in
the middle and truth whether it is LPDR or Westerner Philosophy and
ideals. but dont take thing to that extreme as brother SAYASITH and few
others.
