Lao people outside Laos have been sending money to help their
relatives for more than 3 decades already.
But sending money to help a particular community or a particular
projects is a totally different ball game in Laos.
The rules of thumb are:
1. No Namchai $ - no way.
2. No credit (phoun-gnan) to those Lao officials - no way.
3. No politic
4. No effect on the High-Society lao personal economy.
5. If you do 1 & 2 once, u have to do again, and again...
