In my humble opinion and base on recent political development in
PDR Laos in the past decade as a member of political watchdog group I
can assure you that Laos would lean toward China. But that does not
mean Laos would depart from her old life-long friend-Vietnam. In case
of any political and military conflict between China and Vietnam Laos
has to walk carefully on the tied lightning rod making sure that Laos
would not be a military launching pad for either China and Vietnam. I
am very confident that our Lao leaders would handle this VENOMOUS
SITUATION from both firends with
