On my recent trip to Minnesota, I have learned that cosmatic surgery
is spreading rampant among Hmong women. The most common operations
are boob and nose jobs but not vaginal tightening like most of the
Hollywood women yet.

What are the reasons why so many Hmong women feel the need to alter
their appearance to be more attractive to the world?

Do you know any body in your family or circle of friends have their
body or face gone under the knife?

I will be in California next week to study the trend of the Hmong
plastic surgery in California.
