Former gvp is a God-sent leader to help the Mhong people in Laos.
When he had become a general, his people were able to stand tall and
proud among others.
I am neither foe nor friend to him but I do respect him as a heroic
leader of the Mhong people. The majority of the Mhong people are not
Neohom's members nor contributed their hard-earned money to his
resistance group but they are still love and respect him.

I am pretty sure he is not an enemy of the Mhong people excepted a few
who had tried to kill him many times unsuccessfully to replace him
especially the Na Kham Airport Base revolt of 1967.
