Sahai Mak Muan ,
Good plan. If one hmong oversea gives $1 a month, it will be roughly
$300K a month more than paying for schools, teachers, run hospitals
for Ban Phalak community. However, the question is with wide
corruption is going on the top of the ladder, the money contributed by
us will ever reach it intended plan?
