I was in Vientiane recently and find out that most of the Hmong Motel/
Hotel are not doing well.
Foom Hawj Lub Hotel now, is pretty empty, look like a ghost hotel.
Same thing for the rest of the Hmong Hotel in Vientiane. James Vang's
one is doing fine because they are alot of nice Laotian girls there to
make money.

It hurts our people who put alot of money to invest in Laos after the
US gave NTR to Laos and those who did hope that things will be better
but not. Anyone who is interest in investing in Laos, please think
twice. Our Hmong People in Laos are so poor. They can not sleep in
Hotel. Only the girls do because of our Hmong Men.

Laotian, Thai, CHinese, Vietnames are not coming to sleep in our Hmong
Hotel. The only group that sleep in the Hmong hotels are Hmong Younger
Americas. The Hmong Elder do not either.

development of our Hmong Laotians. Who knows better Laos prior and
post 1975 than people like you, who had lived in both economic and
political regimes?

Good job. And let's hope that the Hmong Lao will improve

overseas Hmong and also revenue from the rubber trees that Hmong Lao
have become experts in.
