Time is bad to be a Hmong? That is the question.
Satirical approach on Hmong American and Thai's behaviors ... just like a
frog who dreams to become an Ox ...Don't drink too much much water. Listen
to Jean de La Fontaine before plab tawg. I know, I know it is toughly said.
But, the contemporary situation of many Hmong in the US offers this lesson
to all.

Good forklore, Dr. Kao-Ly.
Koj zaj dabneeg no yeej qhia tau ib lub ntsiab lus zoo kawg nkaus rau

yeej muaj nyias qhov zoo.

Ah, this story touches you in a way that you feel you are closed to the frog
... . he he ... Don't be shy, just recognize it and move on.
I cannot believe, we still have retarded people ... .Look around you, dear.
Grow up!
Many of you who have title, fame, ... what about happiness ...? Some have
everything except a son, ... all the money except love ... some houses and
money, but no fame ... . It is sad to compare oneself to others so much ...
Better sit down in some good places like mine, and travel and write about
others, and be very happy and witty ... .
It is my pleasure to know each part of your heart that will nurture my
characters and understanding of my time.
Bad or good experiences, all are good for a writer.
I have to confess that my stay in the US is one of the most exciting and
thrilled because of the transitional period in the Hmong society. I would
not trade any minutes, years for another century.

I like people who say sweet things .. That helps me to say sweet things in
return ... ah ah ... .
Courage is not given to all, this is my answer to you.
I have learnt though this place and others places as well that the Hmong
personality is double: the private Hmogn and the public Hmong, both are in a
great dilemma of integrity ... . What one says, one never apply to oneself
or to the private space.
But, the most crucial work in order to advance toward women's freedom and
unity of action-mind (what I said, I do it), is to talk more and more, and
to use role model to make men and mostly women understand that what one
says, one feels one need to apply it. The sophication of the social control
in the Hmong society is still very fine and emotionnly active in order to
clearly convince people by rational words ... . No, people needs to have
EXPERIENCES OF DIFFERENCE as a way of personal enrichment ... we need to see
difference, and especially to not be afraid of living our life very
differently ... .

I don't understand that ...many of you highly educated but lowly academic
... still hide your name behind "kick-name"... I guess I know who you are
...still waiting for a son right?
Be nice OK ....You have everything, and why fighting with a internet writer
like me who have nothing and do not want anything ...like you all your Hmong
Americans ..so rich so arrogant ... .

Ok, that enough for this semester.
I enjoy your dark humor and loving relationship ...If sometimes, I
overshadow some of you, please, accept my apology.
I have a witty mind that adores challenging people, subject and ideas ... I
have to say that this forum is such a boring places with no interesting
discussion like before.
People are coming here because they are unhappy and sorry for themselves ...
.
Be more generous, wittier and generous in words and verbs ... .That will
help of us to come more often.
Giving is not losing... giving is differing future gift: this is the core of
Hmong principle of social exchange ...When you have everything, be more than
that: be free and witty and loving. Love is all what attract, retain respect
and admiration.

Kao-ly,
Your question doesn't make any sense, it's not even proper English.
What a disappointment from a Phd...
Though quite honestly there has never been a better "Time" for Hmong
Americans than now.
If you're going to proposition something please submit facts and
evidences to support it, otherwise your Phd proposition is as baseless
as this; Hmong PHd = Idiots. In your case, it might be true if you keep
it up.
Hey are you in Madison? What are you doing to help the hmong
communities in wisconsin to resolve the racial tension? Oh you're too
good to do anything that doesn't benefit you. LOL
