Two weeks ago there was intelligence information from Vietnam that
Hanoi’s high authority gave advice to Vientiane’s government to
promote peace with Hmong-Laos both inside and the Jungles.

Hanoi recommended LPDR to share high ranking military and police
official among Hmong of former Kongthat Paj Cai and give freedom to
those still remaining in the jungles.

In addition that Hanoi also praise for Hmong in abroad for investing
revenue to lift LPDR’s economy from time after times. Especially Hmong
tourist from the United Sates.
