The thought that the house in Detroit area is very cheap. My old
friend Bla Ya Kue told me ten years ago that he cashed his house while
I visited him. Most of the Hmong who live near dowtown also had
burned their mortgage according to him.
A new member in our Catholic church who just moved from Michigain
after he lost his job in the auto industry told me that he tried to
sell his house in MI. bellow the market value but noone wants to buy
it.
